Parker Jackson Group
AI adoption & enablement

Most AI programs fail at adoption, not at technology.

Licences get bought, a pilot runs, and six months later the tools sit unused because nobody changed how the work is actually done. Parker Jackson Group does the unglamorous half — choosing the use cases that pay, building the workflows, training the people who have to live with them, and writing the rules that keep legal and HR comfortable.

Scope

Four pieces, and they are usually needed together.

  • Use-case selection. Which processes are worth automating, which are not, and what each one is actually worth in hours or headcount.
  • Workflow and assistant build-out. Working tools in the stack the organization already owns — Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and the surrounding Microsoft 365 estate.
  • Training and enablement. Role-based training, internal knowledge hubs, and the cross-platform enablement program that turns a launch into ordinary practice.
  • Responsible-use governance. Acceptable-use policy, data-handling boundaries, disclosure expectations, and the HR and manager guidance that makes the policy enforceable.

This practice pairs naturally with HR work: the function that owns policy, training and manager capability is usually the function that determines whether an AI rollout is adopted or quietly ignored.

How it runs

Short engagements, and each one ends with something in use.

Assess

Two to three weeks. Process inventory, candidate use cases, and an honest read on which ones are worth building.

Build

Working workflows or assistants in the organization’s own tenant, not a demo environment.

Enable

Role-based training, documentation, and a named internal owner briefed to keep it running.

Govern

Written acceptable-use and data-handling guidance, sized to the organization rather than to a template.

What we will tell you before you sign anything

Parker Jackson Group is a new firm. The AI-adoption capability described here comes from enterprise-scale marketing, communications and enablement work its principals have done inside large organizations as employees — it is not presented as the firm’s own corporate past performance, and it will not be represented that way to any buyer, prime contractor or government agency.

If the honest answer is that a use case is not worth building, or that the work belongs with your existing IT partner, you will hear that on the first call rather than after an invoice.

Next step

Tell us which process is costing you the most hours.

Thirty minutes, no charge, and an honest answer on whether AI is the right tool for it.
